The HP96 Thermal Imager incorporates an upgraded Live Super Resolution algorithm, enhancing thermal image clarity from 96x96 to 240x240 for real-time viewing and capturing of photos. Thermal sensitivity below 50mk provides you with high-definition details, and the 25Hz high frame rate ensures a smooth screen browsing experience during anomaly checking.

This device features a built-in 96x96 IR camera and 640x480 visible camera, offering 5 image modes for enhancing details and scene image contrast, helping locate anomalies more effectively (Thermal/Visual/Fusion/PIP/Blending). 8 selected color palettes allow you to flexibly choose the most appropriate color palette for different detection scenarios and purposes.

The HP96 is designed with intuitive operation in mind. Its 3.5" touchscreen features a phone-type UI, allowing you to easily adjust brightness, switch image modes and color palettes, and adjust temperature range by sliding or tapping the screen. It also supports live video/audio recording and playback, with a built-in eMMC storage and microphones. Swiping down the screen turns on the LED flashlight to aid low-light inspections. The lightweight and compact form factor fits easily into any toolbox.

The 50-degree field of view provides broad coverage during scanning, and the camera automatically tracks maximum, minimum, and center temperature spots, intuitively displaying real-time temperature readings. You can also set temperature exceedance alerts, either through flashlight alerts or sound alerts, to promptly identify anomalies and take action before any significant failures occur.

The HP96 thermographic camera adopts an advanced VOx detector, enabling it to detect temperature differentials as small as 0.05℃ and ensure that the temperature readings discrepancy is within ±2%. Users can also change emissivity settings based on specific materials and adjust the distance to objects, ensuring more accurate temperature measurements on a variety of substances, including wood, bricks, and more.

Designed for durability, the HP96 has undergone a 6.6ft drop test and has an IP54 protection rating, ensuring confidence and reliability in various work scenarios and even in harsh environments. The built-in 4GB eMMC flash memory can store approximately 30,000 standard thermal images and 20 hours of recording videos, while the rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 4 hours of continuous operation. The standard tripod hole allows for combining the camera with a tripod to assist inspection works.
